Thank you for taking the time to hear a little about the work God has led me to participate in this fall!
From September 24-26th, I will be presenting at a conference in Orlando, FL through MissioNexus. MissioNexus is a community that represents over 53,000 staff members of organizations, churches, and businesses engaged in the Great Commission. Their vision is to develop a collaborative network of deep relationships, shared learning, and innovation among those doing cross-cultural evangelism, discipleship, and church planting.
They put on a Mission Leaders Conference annually where representatives from churches and missions organizations come to network, collaborate, learn, and worship together.
The event theme this year is: ECHO – Amplifying the Need for Global Evangelism. As a workshop presenter, I’ll have the opportunity to share what I’ve learned through my experience with SEND and The Sending Collective in regards to collaboration and Member Care, as well as connect with others working to share the Gospel to all nations.
From October 11-17th, I will be travelling to Alaska with a few of my teammates to provide Member Care to missionaries stationed there who have difficulty getting back to the lower 48. The Alaska field is graciously covering the cost of our team to get to Anchorage and then head to a village where we will spend a few days providing debriefing and encouragement.
Hot on the heels of our trip to Alaska, I will be flying from Anchorage to Chiang Mai, Thailand to lead worship and provide Member Care Coaching for SEND’s Women’s conference from October 17-25th. I’m excited for this opportunity to bless the women of SEND, especially those who are currently deployed to the field (as I typically only get to work with missionaries who are in the US as new appointees or are on Home Service).
I would love to have at least 20 prayer partners to keep these travels and ministries before the Lord. Without Him enabling me through His Holy Spirit, I won’t be able to accomplish what He’s led me to do. Your prayers are much needed and I’m grateful for the way that God has chosen to use me - flaws, insufficiencies, and all – as proof of how He can accomplish SO much more through a willing heart than I ever could on my own strength and efforts.
To fund my ministry travels this fall, I need to raise $3500 total. I will need to have at least $900 by September 20th, and the remaining $2600 by October 10th.
Through your Prayer and Financial support, you have the opportunity to participate in what God is doing all over the world. He uses people like you to enable and provide for His ministry, whether that be coaching missionaries here in the US, or encouraging those in Village Alaska.
